We are seeking dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support primary schools across Doncaster and Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about contributing to the educational journey of young learners and are looking for flexible work arrangements.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring continuity of education for pupils.
  • Assisting teachers in planning, preparing and delivering engaging educational activities.
  • Providing targeted support to individual students or small groups to help them achieve their learning objectives.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
