The Role:

As a Secondary SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:?? Provide invaluable support for students with SEMH and Autism, fostering confidence and self-esteem.?? Collaborate on individualized Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans to meet diverse needs.?? Build meaningful relationships that encourage active engagement and trust.??
