- Competitive salary and benefits package:
- Basic wage includes an all-inclusive allowance of 8.5%, bringing the salary to £29,576 - £32,501 (equivalent to £15.33 - £16.85 per hour).
- £41.78 per sleep-in shift (on average 4 shifts per month, totaling £167.12, approximately £2,000 annually).
- Rota includes 2 weekends off out of 4.
