Support Worker for Children with Challenging Behavior

Pay Rates : £14.00 - £19.00
We are looking for a committed and empathetic Children support worker to become a part of our team, offering care and assistance to children and young adults who exhibit challenging behaviors. If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others and have the necessary skills to support these individuals, we would love you to be part of our team
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities
- Develop individual care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other team members, including social workers, and healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:
- You should have a minimum of 6 months of paid experience working in the children's sector in the UK,
- and weekends
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
