Job Description 

As a learning support assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of KS3 and KS4 students in a positive learning environment.

Your role will involve collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure pupils receive personalised care to their individual needs.

Responsibilities - – Assist classroom teachers in daily activities and provide instructional support. – Deliver one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional assistance. – Contribute to classroom organisation, materials preparation, and administrative tasks. – Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and field trips, ensuring their safety. – Foster communication between teachers, parents, and students to support progress.

Requirements - – Prior experience working in an educational setting would be advantageous. – Strong interpersonal and communication skills. – Display patience and empathy when working with students. – Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions. – Dedication to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
