I have the pleasure of assisting Doncaster City Council in finding people to transform young people's lives in care homes across Leeds.Location: There are multiple locations available from LS10, LS14, LS15, L27 and multiple more.Pay: C1 £22,571.00 - £24,919.00 (Pro Rata) with sleep-in rate of £36.08.Night enhancement (time and third after 10pm) and 50% Weekend enhancement rate (time and a half)Role: Full Time Hours - flexible hours required. Works on rota basis which includes early mornings and late-night shifts.We are ideally looking for people with experience with children with traumatic backgrounds as a lot of the children's homes are mainstream.Doncaster City Council are open to people who have had children's experience and have a real passion for wanting to transform young lives. Responsibilities:-          Provide a safe and stimulating environment to help children/young people develop and mature.-          Introduce children to a range of different experiences and encourage choice.-          Plans organise and positively engage with children daily including special celebrations, festivals and outings.-          Participate in holidays and physical activities with the young people.If you are interested in this role, email with your CV or email/call + for more details on the role.Doncaster City Council are also looking for senior children's workers and managerial level, so if you are interested in this then please let me know.
