Behaviour Support Assistant

PK Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work at a large secondary academy in Doncaster. Working full time the role will be commencing ASAP.

You will promoting the learning and welfare of vulnerable students and those who experience barriers to learning.  Working under the direction of the inclusion co ordinator you will provide a point of contact for vulnerable students on reduced lessons. 

Helping produce work resources for students, you will help develop literacy, numeracy, ICT and problem;em solving study skills to help pupils and assist students in the organisation and preparation of assignments tasks.

Other main duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide regular feedback about students to appropriate colleagues
• Oversea and update records 
• Assist and implement Individual Educations Plans

We are looking for candidates that have experience of working within a school environment and have experience and knowledge of issues affecting students.

You will be required to have:

• Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
