- Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children during the night
- Support with housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and paperwork
- Monitor and discreetly oversee the children’s safety during the night
- Collaborate with other staff and liaise with external agencies when necessary
- Be flexible to cover shifts for other night care officers
- Good communication and basic IT skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake training (including QCF Level 3 and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention)
- Must be able to work nights, including weekends and occasional overtime
- Competitive salary + 17.5% allowance for unsocial hours
