As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional education and support. The school caters to a diverse group of students with needs such as ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia, creating tailored learning experiences to help each child thrive.

• Support children with various special educational needs, adapting to their individual learning requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement effective strategies and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Engage and motivate students through creative and interactive teaching methods.
• Monitor and report on student progress, playing a crucial role in their developmental journey.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages students to achieve their best.

• Experience as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant or in a similar role with transferable skills.
• A deep understanding of and passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
• Confidence and commitment to go above and beyond in assisting children to excel.
• Must possess a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
