Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs? What You'll Be Doing:? Supporting Students - Work closely with young people who need additional guidance to build confidence and achieve their potential.? Implementing EHCPs & Behaviour Strategies - Help tailor learning and support plans to meet individual needs.? Creating a Positive Learning Environment - Encourage independence, inclusivity, and engagement in the classroom.? Collaborating with Staff - Work as part of a dedicated team to deliver effective, student-centred support.
