• Provide essential support for students with SEN, helping them feel valued and confident in their learning.
• Assist with personalized Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans to meet individual student needs.
• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage active participation and engagement.
• Champion inclusivity and help boost students' independence and self-confidence.
• Work alongside teachers to foster a positive and dynamic classroom atmosphere.
