Your Responsibilities:- Phonics Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective phonics lessons to build foundational literacy skills.
- Curriculum Delivery: Implement the Key Stage 1 curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm, ensuring all students are engaged and learning.
- Differentiation for SEN: Tailor your teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assessment and Planning: Plan, prepare, and assess students' work to ensure continuous progress and development.
