Day-to-day of the role:As an SEMH/Behaviour Teacher, you will: * Deliver tailored educational programmes to children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. * Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports individual learning and social development. * Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to implement effective behaviour management strategies. * Engage with pupils to inspire and motivate them towards achieving their personal best. * Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of your students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience as an SEMH/Behaviour Teacher or in a similar role dealing with SEN.
- A strong desire to go above and beyond for children with special educational needs.
- Must possess a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
- A resilient and confident approach, with the ability to handle challenges effectively.
