Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our client's logistics business. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth workflows and supporting key departments such as Operations, Customer Service, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the management team and departments.
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to assist with documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with inventory management and the ordering of office supplies.
  • Maintain and organize company records, reports, and documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Handle data entry and database management, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Act as a point of contact for external clients, vendors, and customers, assisting with inquiries and requests.
  • Support HR with employee onboarding, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
