Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000 + Bonus (after probation)

The role of the Internal Sales - Electrical Accessories will involve:
- Internal sales role selling a range of cables & accessories
- Selling into a wide range of industries including: rail, construction, infrastructure, aerospace, retail, oil & gas etc.
- Dealing with inbound queries via telephone and email providing advice to customers around products
- Liaise internally & externally to ensure the smooth delivery of customer orders
- Producing quotations & following up as appropriate
- Providing excellent customer service to existing customer base
- Dealing with order values ranging from £1,000 - £100,000
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales - Electrical Accessories with:
- Must have office experience, ideally in a B2B sales/account manager position but would consider someone from within a customer service or administration role
- Ideally will have sales experience within the electrical industry
- Must be confident on the phone
- Must be sales driven & customer service focused
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Able to work autonomously & as part of a team
