Basic Starting Salary:£47 000 Per Year
Location:Doncaster, South Yorkshire (Commutable from West Yorkshire & South Yorkshire)
Working Hours:Days Only | Monday-Friday | 8am-4pm

The Company
This company are a multi-million pound, leading and long established manufacturer in the plastics industry, with multiple sites in South Yorkshire.
They design and manufacture a wide range of systems to manage water and enable carbon-efficient heating and ventilation for all sectors of the construction industry.

The Engineering Supervisor Role
- To supervise, control and prioritise all service activities
- Perform daily briefings to team, and supply regular written reports to the wider department
- Assist in ensuring efficient and effective manpower and resource planning and control
- Management of Contractors in delivering services onsite and ensuring full compliance with relevant Site safety rules
- Identification and reviewing of training and maintenance of staff competence
- Coordinate/support with breakdown diagnostics, repairs and corrective maintenance
- Maintenance checks and remedial repairs in line with processes
- Management of the engineering stores and identify gaps in criticality of provision.
- Contribute to the collection of Data and the generation of KPI reporting. Act as champion for the CMMS system.
The Person
- Desires to work alongside a great team and management for the long term, with ambitions to stay and develop in to higher management
- Comes from a manufacturing background or similar
- Apprentice trained / Level 3 qualified or equivalent
