Job Title: Senior Applications AnalystLocation: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in Doncaster)Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to FridayJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Applications Analyst to join our Business Applications Team. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing and supporting our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, particularly for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care functions. This hybrid role involves working closely with project teams and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and provide system support and training.Key Responsibilities:Systems and User Support:• Provide 2nd-line support, ensuring SLA compliance.• Liaise with third-party providers to resolve system issues.• Conduct regional visits to deliver application workshops and support.• Maintain application documentation, monitor performance, and resolve system issues.Training:• Collaborate with the Systems Training Manager to ensure up-to-date training materials and e-learning resources.User Groups & Enhancements:• Participate in user communities and external groups to share insights and best practices.• Identify and deliver system improvement opportunities.Project Support & Implementations:• Lead systems configuration for allocated projects or changes.• Manage unit, user acceptance, and regression testing.• Provide go-live support and post-implementation assistance.Governance:• Maintain documentation for functions and audits as required.• Perform system and license audits.Skills and Experience:Essential:• Experience of supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.• Proactive, confident, and adaptable, with a professional demeanor.• Willingness to travel nationally.Desirable:• Experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or similar, including customization and configuration.• Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and related programming languages.• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).• Experience in system integrations, Dynamics 365 upgrades, and migrations.• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.• Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) certification or working towards it.What's on offerThis is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, where your skills will contribute to meaningful projects and continuous improvement of business systems.
