Junior Field Service Engineer

Location: Doncaster

Salary: Salary of£24k to £28k depending on experience

As a Junior Field Service Engineer, you will:

  • Servicing, maintaining, and providing technical support for WCCTV Rapid Deployment CCTV Towers
  • Test products, including fault-finding diagnostics to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to provide a consistent approach whilst utilising your initiative, with minimal supervision, maintaining our core value of a customer-first approach.
  • Continuously seek to add value to the services provided and achieve first-time fixes.
  • Partner with our customers to ensure that the quality of service provided meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • To assist and update production processes and documentation
  • Carrying out daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle stock

Your Experience and Characteristics:

  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
  • Manual dexterity – the ability to assemble and fix electronic equipment to a prescribed standard.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in fault finding, commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment.
  • Experience Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Knowledge of stock control processes and accurate checking in and out of goods and supplies.
  • PC literacy, crucial: Various Windows OS, MS Office
  • Strong 'can do' attitude.
