Welder
Salary: £35-£39,000 per annum
Location: Thorne, Doncaster Â
Monday to Friday – 45 hours a week. Flexibility on timings.
Orion Electrotech are working with a great company working within the food industry who are looking for an experienced welder to come on board and join their amazing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding tasks to fabricate and assemble metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain tools in good condition.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of welding equipment and safety standards
- Mild steel experience
