SF Recruitment are working with a very well-established construction company based in Ibstock who are looking for Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team at Head Office on a full time / permanent basis. The successful candidate must already have previous experience in an Accounts Payable role.
Responsibilities:
- Processing large number of invoices and raising POs
- Update ledgers and existing accounts
- Setup new suppliers
- Manager & handle supplier queries
- Allocate cash payments
- Direct Debits
- Any other ad hoc duties
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service and strong communication skills
- Strong Excel skills, including V-lookup and Pivot tables
- Strong end to end AP experience, activities and processes
- Self-motivated with a great attitude towards work
- Keen attention to details, with high level of accuracy
- Good time management and organisation
