The professional services department is delighted to exclusively partner with a large manufacturing business based in Leicestershire. We are seeking a confident and bright Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting vacancies and securing proper approval to hire
- Writing engaging job advertisements
- Sourcing high-calibre candidates through various channels
- Supporting with CV screening and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews for hiring managers
- Providing weekly and monthly recruitment reports
- Managing our central inboxes
- Contributing to resourcing team projects
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills with a passion for building relationships
- Desire to grow a career in recruitment/HR
- Previous experience in an agency or in-house recruitment setting is desirable
