Financial Controller required for a family run manufacturing business currently in growth with recent project wins in the Dorchester area. The person must be a hands-on Manager, you will have influence and be involved in strategic decisions, but you will also mentor a small team, oversee Payroll and have a solid accounting background within manufacturing in the UK and overseas and ideally trained in practice.

Must haves:

  • Qualified or QBE if career has been within manufacturing
  • UK and Overseas manufacturing experience in a variety of companies
  • Payroll experience, running and overseeing
  • Mentoring and developing a team
