- Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts
- Support the preparation of statutory accounts and audit documentation
- Perform intercompany reconciliations
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Review supplier payment runs for accuracy and completeness
- Process employee expenses and general journals
- Manage and maintain the cash book
- Experience: Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: A flexible and collaborative attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Communicator: Strong communication skills
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
