Job Description:

Recruit UK are proud to be working alongside an Independent Financial Planning firm to bring on a Financial Planning Administrator, to join their friendly team in the Poole office. The firm are proud to offer a client-centric approach, putting clients at the forefront.

Job duties:

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners
  • Client liaison
  • Assisting in preparing suitability reports
  • Preparation of meeting packs
  • Annual review packs
  • Drafting letters/emails and sending information to clients in line with the reporting schedule or on an ad-hoc basis as required
  • Maintain active monitoring of client-focused activity on platforms to ensure all actions are completed within required timeframes
  • Liaise with third-party providers
  • Anti money laundering duties
  • Comply with FCA regulations at all times
  • Stay up to date with relevant product, legislative, and technical changes as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a wealth management administrator
  • Previous use of CRM systems including X-Plan and Intelligent Office (desirable not essential)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent understanding of Financial Planning
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
