The position is for an Architectural Technologist at a boutique RIBA chartered Architects practice located in Dorchester, near Poole, Dorset.
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £30K to £35K, along with additional benefits such as 22 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays, which increase to 24 days with length of service.
Candidates should ideally have experience in all RIBA Stages and possess skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp, with a focus on heritage and multi-residential projects.
The firm seeks a motivated individual with a full driving license who can work independently as well as part of a team, and has good communication skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant architectural role is preferred for this position.

To be successful as Architectural Technologist, we are looking for an Architectural Technologist with ability in all RIBA Stages, although not universal. You will ideally have a healthy mix of the following:

Listed Buildings, new developments, sustainable design
AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp
Apple MacBook, with use of Microsoft Office
Technical detailing and working drawings
Knowledge of the planning system and building regulations
Contract administration
Ability to take on responsibility, work independently and together in a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Full driving licence with use of own car
