Car Sales Executive

Company Car - 18,000 Salary + OTE (Uncapped) circa 45,000

My client in Dorchester, is a leading car dealership on the South Coast who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and a wide range of new and used vehicles. My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team in Dorchester.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert guidance on vehicle selection, financing options, and after-sales services.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Participate in dealership marketing and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in new and used car sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for the automotive industry.
• FCA accreditation (preferred but not essential).
