Are you a Sales Manager with a Background in Automation, Aerospace, or Composites looking for a highly autonomous and rewarding role where you will play an integral part in driving new and existing business for a market leading company?

On offer is an exciting role where you will be leading the sales effort, liaising with internal and external stakeholders whilst building strong relationships ensuring communication is proactive and creating compelling content tailored to your audience to help meet their requirements to achieve projected targets.

This Company have been established for over 20 years and have a state of the art modern facility. They are nationally recognised for the specialist work they do within the Aerospace, Automotive, Defence and Renewable Energy industries. With the quality of their work they have created a strong reputation for designing and building complete process solutions to the highest quality, providing customers with great efficiency.

This role would suit someone from a sales management background that has experience working in industries such as Automation, Aerospace, Defence or similar looking for a challenging but rewarding role where you will play a vital role in the company's financial targets.

The Role:

  • Manage and grow company sales pipeline
  • Identify new markets for high value industrial automation solutions
  • Apply effective strategies to ensure strong, effective and long-term client relationships
  • Identify the scope of projects and provide accurate bids within profit margins
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Occasional UK and International Travel

The Person:

  • Experience in Technical Sales Management (Automation, Aerospace or Composite background preferred)
  • Success in delivering an effective and profitable sales strategy
  • UK Driving License
