My local authority client are based in the South and currently looking for 2x RBI's to join their team due to increased work load.
They are looking for a class 2A-F (2D is fine also) surveyor who will be able to help with their workload and take on some of the commerical work required within the council. They are also looking for a Class 3 surveyor.
Both roles are being offered on either a full or part time basis - whatever suits the candidate more.
The manager is happy to offer hybrid working with site visits taking place a couple of days a week and the remainder of the work being undertaken at home. They are also happy to consider someone further out.
The Class 2 role will be paying up to 60/hour whilst the Class 3 more will be paying up to 75/hour for the right individual.
