Key Duties as a Press Brake Operative:
- Operating press brake machines to form metal components
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication
- Setting up machines, adjusting parameters, and performing basic programming
- Inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality
- Manual handling and loading metal sheets into machines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Your Press Brake Operative experience will include:
- Proven experience operating Press Brake machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Experience with machine setups and adjustments
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in a workshop environment
