The Care Home Manager will:

  • Ensure the delivery of person-centered care to all residents.
  • Manage and support staff, providing guidance and supervision.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance.
  • Maintain optimum occupancy through strategic marketing.
  • Oversee management information reporting and budget controls.
  • Work with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold high standards.
