Home Ownership Manager
Salary: Up to £57,123 per annum dependent on skills and experience
Hours: Full time (35 hours), with occasional working outside of normal office hours
Location: Home based in the South Central/South East/East of England to enable occasional attendance at our offices and estates.

About Us
We own and manages more than 7,500 homes across the south of England from Devon to Norfolk. We are a social housing landlord and England’s leading rural housing specialist. We deliver small housing developments in partnership with local communities although for historic reasons, we also own some housing in urban areas.
We are looking for a Home Ownership Manager to oversee the management of our shared ownership, leasehold, and freehold properties, ensuring the highest standards of service for our customers.
About the role
As a Home Ownership Manager, you will:
Lead and develop a dedicated team responsible for home ownership services. Manage shared ownership, leasehold and freehold portfolios, ensuring compliance with legislation and lease terms. Oversee service charge collection and arrears management. Act as a point of escalation for complex leaseholder queries, resolving disputes effectively. Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation and internal policies. About you
We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience in managing shared ownership and leasehold services within a housing association or similar environment. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing teams. In-depth knowledge of residential leases and relevant legislation (Landlord and Tenant Act, Section 20). During the probationary period it will be necessary to attend our offices and meet colleagues more frequently so we can get to know each other and establish good working relationships.
Annual Leave:Starting at 26 days, plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time) and 1.5 days complimentary leave, along with the option to purchase additional leave.
Enhanced Pension: Our employer contributions start at 5% and are based on matching of your own contribution level, plus 2%, up to a maximum of 8% employer contribution.
