The role:

A leader in industrial automation, specialising in robotics and the aerospace sector. We are seeking an Electrical Build Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with other key departments to review technical drawings and build bespoke robot-based electromechanical automation systems to specification, ensuring they meet the required safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and test electrical systems with precision.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver technical projects, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Identify and resolve electrical faults effectively.
  • Travel to client sites for the installation of robotic automation systems.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • HNC in an electrical-focused course, electrical apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
  • Confidence in reading and interpreting technical electrical drawings.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • A solid understanding of industrial systems and safety protocols.
  • Strong planning and task management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites.

Essential Requirement: Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must hold a British passport.
