We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our clients growing team. Based in West Dorset, you will be responsible for designing electrical solutions for robot-based, electromechanical systems used in factory and process automation. You will collaborate across departments to deliver safe and effective solutions for clients, and your expertise in electrical design will be key.
Electrical Design Engineer ideal candidates will have:
- Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in electrical design, particularly with industrial control cabinets
- Strong communication skills for managing technical documentation
- A willingness to get hands-on in the workshop when needed
- Due to the nature of the work, including travel to client sites in the defence and aerospace sectors, applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
