CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a growing SME organisation based in Dorchester, Dorset, who has a requirement to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business where you will undertake a varied remit of work whilst working underneath the Finance Director.Paying a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 with additional benefits, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take a hands on role.What will the Finance Manager role involve?
- Monthly management accounts production including commentary & analysis;
- Year-end financial accounts completion including statutory and VAT returns;
- Cash flow forecasting with analysis around financial performance;
- Some elements of transactional accounting where necessary;
- Regular business partnering with senior management to ensure maximum value is added;
- Daily management of a small finance function.
Suitable Candidate for the role of Finance Manager;
- Previous experience working in a similar Finance Manager role;
- An ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualification is an advantage;
- Practical experience with team management.
