A Group Finance Director is being exclusively recruited for by Bond Williams Recruitment for an established and growing business based in Dorset. The company are right in the middle of exciting growth plans which are coming to fruition and will see turnover increase significantly so they need a dynamic and ambitious Qualified who can join them at this critical time with a view to progressing to CFO within 3-5 years. Reporting to and working closely with the CEO, you will have responsibility for a large team of finance staff and oversee the day to day functions but also provide leadership and guidance, assisting with forecasting and budgets, cash flow management, analysis of risk areas and also work with the senior management team on long term financial and business planning. Some travel would be required in the UK and Europe from time to time but this would be a fully office based role.Suitable Candidate

  • Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in an FMCG/manufacturing operation
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role and people management
  • Understanding trends and able to cost and communicate new initiatives/ complex projects
