Are you a seasoned Sales / Product Manager with a passion for delivering innovative solutions in the submarine and underwater domain?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales / Product Manager to join the Submarine Systems Division at Atlas Elektronik UK (AEUK). This role is integral to our multidisciplinary sales team, driving the development, support, marketing, and selling of products across the submarine and underwater domain. We're expanding our team to align with our company strategy and goals, offering you the chance to be at the forefront of groundbreaking innovations in naval technology.

As a Sales / Product Manager within the Submarine Systems Division, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing product strategies aligned with customer demands. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders in both UK and export markets, guiding the entire product lifecycle from requirements capture to systems development and integration. You'll lead the charge in delivering differentiated product visions that offer unique value to our business. Day-to-day, you'll be involved in strategic planning, bid proposal leadership, and ensuring the delivery of fit-for-purpose systems
that meet customer requirements.

We're seeking a candidate who brings a wealth of experience in the maritime industry (preferably defence), coupled with a proven track record of success in sales and product management. You'll thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment, leveraging your technical and market knowledge to drive business development and sales targets. Your skills will be essential in guiding teams to deliver complex and compelling bids. Additionally, you'll have existing networks within the UK MOD and/or overseas, ideally relating to submarine product lines such as Sonar Systems, Handling Systems, Stealth/Susceptibility Management Systems, Electric Actuation, or Combat Systems/Inboard Processing solutions.
