We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly successful independent automotive group in the UK, for the position of Parts Advisor at their Dorchester location. The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in the sales and distribution of high-quality automotive parts and accessories. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent customer service while promoting and selling a premium range of genuine parts and accessories.
Working closely with a small, dedicated team where a passion for premium automotive brands will be highly valued.
Managing parts inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling orders and stock levels.
Supporting customers by offering expert advice and assistance with their parts and accessory needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a parts sales environment, or transferable skills that demonstrate a strong aptitude for customer service and sales.
A mechanical background or knowledge, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy in this role.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
Good numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to follow dealership processes accurately.
