- Opportunity to drive procurement strategy and lead a team
- Supplier sourcing, relationship and risk management
- Contract negotiations and cost savings
- Working closely with senior leadership to align with business goals
What you'll need to succeed
- Sourcing experience within industrial manufacturing sector mandatory (ideally from engineering)
- Negotiation skills and ambitious, go-getter personality
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- People management, supervisory or mentoring experience a plus
