The Stock Condition role will be paid by survey depending on the different type of properties.
Stock Condition:
House (32)
Flat (22)
No ccess fee of 8 if three failed attempts
Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor role:
- Write up reports of the properties and relay information back to the manager
- Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively
- Collate detailed stock condition information
- Benefits to the Stock Condition Surveyor:
- Possibility of getting paid outside IR35 and through CIS
- Long term temporary contract
- Uncapped amount of money to earn and depends on how many surveys you want to complete
