We are seeking an experienced People Change Partner to join a regional HR not-for-profit group which is about to embark on a transformational change programme.2-year fixed-term contract This hybrid role enables work from home, with the requirement to meet attendance with our operational teams. Ideally based in the South West - Dorset and Wiltshire areas to support this role.

  • Working alongside a Strategic HR Business Partner and senior leadership teams for a large customer-focused team.
  • As a People Change Partner, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support to ensure the successful delivery of change management, including restructures and TUPE transfers. Efforts will focus on effective engagement, cultural development and support with impactful communication strategies.
  • You will collaborate with the wider People team and operational leaders to facilitate positive change management, ensuring an enhanced colleague experience.

Ideal candidates

  • Will hold a CIPD Level 7 / HR Management Degree or equivalent related qualification and likely have Chartered MCIPD status too.
  • Have a background of Workplace Mediation (ACAS or equivalent) and/or Restorative Practice experience.
  • Will bring extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice, confidently guiding leaders to effectively manage their teams.
  • Will also have considerable experience in supporting leaders through organisational change.
  • You will provide confident advice, mindful of risks whilst remaining focussed on the long term plan.
  • As travel will be required for the role, they will hold a full UK driving licence and will have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
