In this role you will receive 1-1 in-house training, working to support customers with their technical issues via help requests, emails or phone calls, working with Windows, MAC operating system and Office 365.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working as a 1st Line IT Support Engineer or have a relevant university degree and be commutable distance to Dorchester.
