This position includes the option for flexible working after the probation or training period. The Role The position involves joining a dynamic team and managing a diverse Civil Litigation caseload, with a primary focus on Personal Injury matters. Candidates must have proven experience handling Personal Injury cases and, ideally, a range of other Civil Litigation issues. While guidance will be provided by highly experienced Solicitors, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to maintaining exceptional client service standards while meeting time recording and billing targets.
