About the Role:As a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from start to finish. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while contributing to the firm’s ongoing business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a full caseload of residential property transactions.
- Provide expert advice on Land Law and Residential Property matters.
- Actively engage in business development and networking to grow the firm's client base.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
About You:To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Property
- A proven track record of managing a conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of Land Law and Residential Property
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
