Our Legal client, are committed to delivering exceptional legal services. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Legal Administrator to support their legal team and ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and organise legal documents and files to ensure accessibility and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates for legal staff.
- Handle client communications and inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain and update client records and case files with high accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including managing email correspondence and making travel arrangements.
- Proven experience as an administrator, ideally within a legal environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude, ready to tackle challenges.
