Our Legal client, are committed to delivering exceptional legal services. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Legal Administrator to support their legal team and ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and organise legal documents and files to ensure accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates for legal staff.
  • Handle client communications and inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update client records and case files with high accuracy.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including managing email correspondence and making travel arrangements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an administrator, ideally within a legal environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, ready to tackle challenges.
