Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is looking for a full time & permanent New Business Administrator to join a highly valued client in Dorchester, Dorset.

In return for these excellent benefits our client is looking for a candidate who:

  • will support our client’s New Business Manager with all things admin. You’ll be a highly effective administrator who’s also a successful relationship builder. In post you’ll be primarily responsible for supporting the growth of our client’s property portfolio via booking viewings whilst leading the property onboarding process.
  • has superb interpersonal skills, builds highly productive relationships and is a great listener. Expect to be the first point of contact with prospective owners. Whether by email or telephone you’ll help owners with enquiries whilst gathering relevant property information with a view to secure a property viewing for the New Business Manager. You’ll also build fruitful relationships with new & established owners and can expect to: share & gather terms of business; update owners on property launch progress and check owners are happy with property website listings/pages.
  • has a fantastic attention to detail. Our client’s processes such as: recording owner enquiries; auditing the portfolio/customer data; proof reading website copy; checking platform mirroring & inputting property/owner/contract information requires an exact attention to detail.
  • is system savvy. You’ll be comfortable using the MS Office Package (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and modern telephone systems. You’ll also be able to learn new software, previous experience using website portals and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • is an articulate communicator with an excellent standard of written & spoken English. You’ll also manage the new business email inbox, relay detailed information to the New Business Manager/wider team & write detailed property information folders, fascinating arrival guides & website copy.
  • is a superb team player that is flexible. Expect to support the wider office with several ad hoc tasks including liaison with existing owners/guests, property photography and attending trade shows/events.
