We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive forward strategic HR activities across business units within a large complex organisation. As an HR BP you will partner with key divisional leadership teams and drive forward a range of strategic HR & OD initiatives. Were seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will develop the Business Partnering model with a focus on a range of strategic HR activities including workforce planning, strategic resourcing, manager capability and change.As an HR Business Partner, you will be undertaking a broad ranging role with a focus on :

  • Employee Engagement / experience
  • Workforce Planning
  • Strategic Recruitment
  • Senior HR support to business leaders
  • Organisational Design, Change, Transformation, Restructuring
  • Culture
  • Strategic Projects such as Performance Management,

Candidates

  • Chartered Member CIPD (preferable)
  • CIPD Level 7
  • Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large-scale organisations
  • Experience of strategic HR & OD including - Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders.

3 Days per week on sites

3-6 months contract via Hays
