Office Administrator, Part-Time, Permanent, Dorchester, £26,000 FTE

An established and forward-thinking business based near Dorchester is looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent, part-time role, with additional hours available in the short term due to maternity cover.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting general office administration.

As Office Administrator, you will benefit from 25 days holiday + BHs (FTE), an enhanced pension contribution and free parking. You’ll also be part of a small, friendly, and supportive team in a stable, long-term role, within a growing business preparing for an exciting relocation.

As an Office Administrator you will be:

  • Managing the purchase and sales ledger
  • Processing invoices and handling related queries
  • Monitoring basic health & safety compliance
  • Supporting the digital archiving project
  • Assisting with general office administration

As an Office Administrator you will have:

  • Experience in accounts administration
  • Excellent organisational and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office package
  • Strong communication skills
  • Due to the location of this role, you must hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
