We are a leading staffing agency specializing in healthcare recruitment, currently seeking a skilled Pharmacy Dispenser to support a well-respected GP surgery in Hereford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment.

Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to patients at the GP surgery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and labeling prescriptions according to established guidelines.
  • Verifying patient and prescription information for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting with the management of medication inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of dispensed medications.

Schedule:

  • Full-time position available: Monday to Friday (5 days per week).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician certification is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
