Compliance Oversight: Lead the firm’s compliance function, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
Risk Management: Manage risk across all departments, focusing on proactive measures.
Onboarding & Financial Crime Prevention: Handle onboarding processes with a strong emphasis on AML and financial crime compliance.
Internal Audits: Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Policies & Procedures: Draft, review, and maintain internal policies to meet current legal standards.
Stay up to date with SARs, AML regulations, and data protection frameworks, ensuring firm-wide compliance.

About You:You are a seasoned compliance professional with extensive knowledge of legal sector regulations, including SRA Standards and Regulations, AML, GDPR, and more.
