Duties路 Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards. 路 Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters respect. 路 Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and observations. 路 Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behaviour. 路 Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. 路 Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. 路 Manage classroom behaviour using effective strategies to maintain an orderly learning environment.
Qualifications路 A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential. 路 Previous experience in teaching at the primary level is preferred but not mandatory. 路 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. 路 Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and classroom management. 路 A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their academic growth. 路 Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
